Air Fryer Cauliflower

  • 4 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teas smoked paprika
  • ½ teas. salt

Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F. Place the minced garlic, olive oil, salt and paprika in a bowl and mix well. Add the cauliflower florets and turn to coat. Place the coated cauliflower in the basket of the air fryer and cook to desired crispiness, about 12-15 minutes. Shake the basket every 5 minutes during cooking. Do not over crowd the basket. If necessary, cook the cauliflower in more than one batch.

Air Fryer Spicy Green Beans

  • 12 ounces fresh green beans, washed and trimmed (or frozen beans thawed and patted dry)
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 teas. soy sauce
  • 1 teas. rice wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ teas. red pepper flakes

Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F. Place green beans in a bowl. In a separate bowl whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, red pepper flakes and garlic. Pour the liquid mixture over the bean and toss to coat. Place half of the beans in the air fryer basket and cook for about 12 minutes. Shake basket after 6 minutes. Repeat the cooking process with the second half of the beans.

Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

  • 10 ounces Brussels sprouts, washed, trimmed and cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 teas. olive oil
  • 1 teas. balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F.

Combine the oil with the salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Add the Brussels sprouts to this mixture and turn to coat. Place Brussels sprouts in air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes. Shake basket and then cook for an additional 5 minutes. Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a serving bowl and sprinkle with the balsamic vinegar. Turn the Brussels sprouts to coat.

Air Fryer Ranch Zucchini

  • 2 zucchinis
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1/8 teas. salt
  • 1/8 teas. pepper
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teas. garlic powder

Wash the zucchini and slice thin. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F. In a bowl combine the flour with the salt and pepper. Pour the ranch dressing into a second bowl. Then in a third bowl combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Dredge the zucchini in the flour mixture and then dip it into the ranch dressing. Coat both sides of the zucchini and shake off any excess dressing. Now dip the zucchini into the bread crumb mixture and press the breading lightly onto both sides of the zucchini slice. Spray the basket of the air fryer with cooking spray and then place the zucchini in the basket in a single layer. Lightly spray the tops of the zucchini with cooking spray. Cook the zucchini until is has browned, about 5-9 minutes. Repeat the cooking process with any remaining zucchini slices.
