Dump Cakes

Dump cakes are quick and easy.  Just as the name indicates, when you make a dump cake you simply dump a few ingredients into a baking pan and bake.  Dump cakes are usually made with canned fruit, dry cake mix, and butter.  The ingredients are dumped into the pan and they are usually not mixed together. Just about any combination of fruit and cake mix works very well.  Dump cakes can be served either warm or cold.  A scoop of ice cream goes great with a slice of dump cake.
