Some foods which may improve the sperm health in men include:

Fresh fruits may increase sperm quality and sperm count. They are rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants. Strive for two servings of fresh fruit each day. Try including some pomegranates, mangoes and oranges.

Walnuts improve the sperm strength and vitality. Eat approximately 2/3 cup of walnuts several time a week. Walnuts are rich in Omega 3.

Consuming fish will also improve sperm count and quality. It too is rich in essential fatty acids. Include fish on your menu several times weekly.

Garlic in limited amounts of approximately 2 cloves a day may improve testicular functions and improve sexual health. However, you do not want to consume excessive garlic as this may impair testicular functions and reduce sperm count.

Spinach, kale and other leafy green vegetables supply zinc and folic acid and these may increase sperm count. Another good source of zinc are lentils.

Theses are some foods that may boast a woman’s chances of becoming pregnant:

Dairy products, including ice cream, which are full fat may increase the ovulating process. Dairy products which have some of the fat removed do not seem to have this benefit and, in fact, may slow ovulation.

Walnuts may help protect women from having a miscarriage.

Potatoes are rich in vitamin B and E and may help produce a healthy ova. They may also help the fertilized egg’s implementation and reduce early miscarriage.

The highly processed foods many of us eat on a regular basis contribute to infertility. If you are trying to get pregnant try eating more whole fresh foods.

To help increase your chances of becoming pregnant you may want to consider including some of the aforementioned foods in your diet.
